No puzzle, I never gave up the movicol been taking it nearly 3yrs now & will for life. I suffer chronic constipation I was on it long before my fissure was diagnosed. Do you normally suffer constipation? I'd keep taking it for a long time if I were you. My mistake was I forgot to take it one night & got that plug effect which opened another fissure.
Ah I'm so glad you enjoyed your night out :) isn't it lovely to feel normal again, but I know what you mean by sleeping with one eye open we never want to experience that pain again.
Lets hope we continue to feel good take care xx

Oh pbutt, great to hear you're doing so well! I'm nearly eating normally now, I'm a lot lot more healthier and a bit addicted to Jalapeno Hummous dip (which to be completely honest supplies me with a ring of fire on the way) but it's easy to pass! I had my first alcoholic drink in 3 MONTHS on the weekend! wow! Felt drunk after a pint of Bulmers!

Hey PButt

If its accompanied without any pain or terrible spasming you should be ok. Our fingers are crossed that no more damage was done from that blood.

Stay the course....

I had a few setbacks with Botox just blood not much pain though. I just went back to day one & it cleared quickly. Pg you are in the mend again :) if not go back to dr for check up you may need more Botox. Remember I was 8 mths clear before I had a bad re tear. I really hope your feeling better xx how's Vicky getting on?

Hi there our edel so happy to hear from u!! How r u edel? Yes i had a little set back a tiny wee bit of red blood then the next day tiny pink water then none the day after. So ive been blood free for 17 days again. God i felt as if someone punched me in the stomach!!! The disappointment was terrible! Im feeling good again but frightened of hurting myself again so watching diet and water intake and have became a virgin once again! Poor boyfriend. It just seems to go in circles. Think the botox is defo wore off so im just healing myself with coconut oil and baby rash cream. My vick is doing great edel shes cheer leading, singing and doing her drama, made lots of friends and seems to b manageing really well. Shes actually coming home in the next couple of days and i cannot wait to hug her and kiss all over her wee face i miss her loads. Hows life with u edel is all well with u? All my love and thoughts xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
