Hi edel, its so nice to sit and have the choice now if u want a wee drink or not, for months there i was terrified of doing anything different incase i made fissy angery but i think a wee bit of anything is ok as long as we dont over do it. I still take my movical in the morning and evening and will do for a while yet, i also take couple of mouthfuls of prune juice b4 my meals this really helps. Im going to holland and barret to c what they think might help me out hair wise but i think the trama r bodies go through with these fissures just run everything down kt might take a good few months b4 r bodies can reajust to new diets and routines.but i do feel good in myself, dare i say "healthy" so mayb ill get there i just have to give myself time. This is a stressful time for ur little girl this year and for mummy, we just want them to b happy! I have to leave vicky over to london on the13 and im coming home on 17th i just dont know what shape we will b in when we have to say goodbye, even booking her a one way ticket i was all tears and snadders!! Lol :-) hope u get ur painting fininished soon so u can sit down and admire ur good work with a glass of red in hand!! Lots of love and healing xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Hi edel!! I had to rejoin as "returnofpuzzledbutt" i just couldnt get back on with old name and password!!! Started to panic because i really couldnt do without this wee site, its a real comfort to know if anything goes wrong or u have any questions u know all ur wee bum friends r close by. Have been so busy with london all last week then a wedding when we came back. And with all that my fissy is still behaving herself thats nearly 16 wks no blood and next to no discomfort at all. My eatting has got better and ive put on weight my hair is still falling out but im hopeing that stops soon, i still eat all my good fissure foods and no silly food like pizza or big lumps of cake but im ok, i sometimes take mayb a bite of my boyfriends cake just to get the taste in my mouth and thats good enuff for me. Leaving vicky was so hatd but i think shes going to b really happy there its a lovely place, just miss her so much. How r u edel?? R u back to eatting "normal" do u still dtink lots of water? How much watet would u drink edel?? Take care and all my love xxxxxxxxxxxxxxcxxxxxxxxxxxxxxccc
