No no no, dont you dare loose faith and give up my dear!
You need to remember its a rollarcoaster, and things will be better again soon. Like your last retear, it was only about a week before you were OK again. However, you really need to work on those plugs!!! Are you getting enough water? You never see me without a water bottle in my hand, and in this weather, Im making sure to have around 5 liters. Are you taking enough movicol? What about fibers? I found I need to pretty much only take souble fibers to get soft BMs.
Another thing. Have you discussed another round of botox with your CRS? The first round did you really good, so I guess you are an ideal candidate for a second shot.
I hope you recover soon, and Im looking forward to a more possitive update from you. Big hug! Image

OMG, I am crying right now! You are all so lovely and kind. What would I do without all of you?!
My BM was large this morning, but softer. I realised that the night before the plugs, I ate an omlette. WAS it the eggs! God damn it. I am still drinking loads of water and still on Flaxseed, which is soluble fibre and 1 movicol at night. Lets see what today holds. It is very hot today, will be getting some sun therapy.

1 movicol a day? Wow that's brave Rach. I'm on 3 - one after every meal. I'd say avoid eggs, they tend to bung me up.
Enjoy the sun today! It's boiling here in Cardiff already!

Racheal,
The minute you mentioned "Omelette" it sent alarm bells ringing for me too!
The odd soft boiled egg is fine - chopped over a salad or in a wholemeal sandwich BUT omelettes are often made with lots of eggs, butter, oil & with a bit of melted cheese thrown in for good measure, they are not particularly fissure friendly! I also recall an occasion after eating an omelette when my BM was a lot harder to expel the next morning and I've not eaten one since!!.......You will be OK, once all those more friendly foods start digesting away in your stomach!!!
I'm melting here in the Midlands - LOL might have to jump into my daughter's paddling pool in a min!!!! xxxxxx

Hello everyone. I am kicking myself! I should have known not to eat that damn omlette. No more of those now! Wow welsh 3 a day, not sure if 3 would make me run, but I have taken 2 in the earlier days. Maybe that is what I need to do. Wow you are in Cardiff. Been to the millennium stadium there twice to see Madonna. Loved it. ETO get in that pool now! I am just reading my book and relaxing. It is 29 degrees here in shropshire! Thanks for all of those kisses Puzzled. Xxxxxxxxxx

Oh Rachael...... I missed your post yesterday.... I'm gutted you feel so down and sore.
What all the others have said is right... Just keep doing what you are doing. Things will turn around again within a few days.... It did last time.
I hope you had a nice relaxing day in the sun... All that vit D must be good for you!
Maybe you could try 1&1/2 sachets of movicol. That's what I have (but I upped it to2 after op, and the last few days since I got sore again).
Come on Hun... Kick that monsters butt!!!

Thankyou everyone. I seem to have had some improvement again! Upped the movicol. Thanks OMB. I am overdosing on Rectogesic! Loving the superpower feeling. Still using before BM and at night before bed. No pain on BM again, just some stinging. I am managing again. How the heck can i go from how it was the other day, back to okay again! God I hate AF'S. evil monsters.

Great to read Rachael!!
If you can get yourself through the bad times, believing that "tomorrow" will be better, that's half the battle! because 99% of the time, you are actually better and actually a little more closer to full healing in the process! I always found I got worse before I got better. They ARE evil monsters for sure and predictable in the sense that they are so unpredictable!!! Hang in there Superwoman! :D

Thankyou ETO, I need to declare my love for you, and all of my AF friends on here! God knows how I would get through this without you all. Okay today, no pain on BM, weird feeling like spasms but not really bad, just niggly. I feel like it transfers to my lady bits?! Has any of you ladies had this? When sitting I am a little uncomfortable, but overall okay.
