It’s been a while since my last update. Since being pregnant (now 17wks) I’ve had ok and bad days. However, things have quickly turned downhill in the last week or so. Pain is increasing every day (prob the same as pre-Botox days, almost unbearable) and I’m now lying on bed feeling hopeless.
I’m really happy that you guys seem to be doing well after Botox, I hope I can share the same in my next update.

Missy my Botox was done in mid-May so the effect is long gone. I’ve had a few setbacks but this time round is particularly bad.

Thanks Sue, I knew it’s not going to be easy...can’t wait to get LIS after the baby is out.
My crs said there is not much I can do right now except for sticking to my routine. Nifedipine, Movicol, Coloxyl, fibre and sitz bath...I find Movicol doing a great job soften the second half of the BM but not the first. I’m taking a quarter dose in the morning now to see if that makes a difference. Otherwise I’ll try some lactulose.

I do 1.5 TSP of benefiber before dinner and that's helped to soften things along with movicol or osmolax and coloxyl.

Movicol is my friend too. I now have it on repeat prescription and it works the best for me out of all the others.
Try to take it easy viscous
