Has anyone tried the Kelloggs All-Bran fiber drink mix? It has 10 grams of soluble fiber and you mix it into a 20 ounce water. I've gotten the pink lemonade, which is pretty good. I think it also comes in iced tea flavor also. I like to use it when I am traveling and it is inconvenient to mix up a glass of metamucil.

haven't tried it. it sounds good though. I might just start adding flavor to the water.
The fiber water is still working well. went away for the weekend and no hard poo. I even ate fried foods and lots of them.

Buttgirl,
:koolaid:
Glad to hear that your weekend went well. It can be hard to be OK when you are not able to get some of the right foods and fiber. Guess your fiber plan is working! Hope you enjoyed the fried foods!! Sounds good...
