Chris - did you ever try Stevia - it is supposedly sweet like sugar and not sugar and also has some fiber. Was just thinking maybe we can use it as sugar substitute and get some fiber at the same time - like win-win situation LOL ; ))) ! I know that you are versed in all those plant supplements, so was wondering if you ever tried it !

I used stevia every day-about 10 packets. I don't notice that it adds a noticeable amount of fiber but it is great as a sugar substitute.

I was thinking about getting a stainless steel water bottle.

I sometimes get the chocolate with the brandy in the middle and wow-that is such a rush, alcohol and dark chocolate!

Fiss, I'm aware of stevia but haven't tried it. It is supposed to be 18 times as sweet as sugar, or something like that. I really don't have that much of a sweet tooth, aside from chocolate, but it souns like it would be good for sweetening up the slippery elm bark and valerian tea.
chocolate and brandy....drool!!
