Im probably just going to take a stool softener for now and keep things relaxed down there to see if it closes on its own. If not ill try some zinc oxide ointment to see if thatll get things done which it probably will. Im trying to steer away from corticoids. Thanks for the tip though. Im sure this isnt anything serious.
Aghh! Really sorry to hear that IT, but hopefully as GG suggests, it is an internal hem rather than a new fissure (fissures's usually let you know when they're there!).
As it happens saw my CRS last week and am now booked in for an LIS on 14th April...
Like you, can't wait to get over this and back to being active - just 6 days now to my LIS (and would you believe it, my AF's the quietest its been in over a year!? LOL)!
Im active already! Back at gym with a vengeance! 5 days a week physio workout for about two weeks. Monday I start a lttle heavier on two groups a day. Feels great. Morale is higher than its been in a while.
Already lost 2kgs and looking firmer again. Had a little flare up this weekend but quickly passed. Upped fibre intake and water. Back on track with no blood. Feeling good. Thanks guys
