ARG! Those bloody hems!! Take it really easy, lie in bed as much as you can. Try some ice on the hem??
I expect it's all the trauma to the area and the travelling..... My hems always get inflamed when I travel anywhere.

Stay rested and hang on in there igrik!

Yep, thrombosed guy definitely is from trauma, and it is very close to suture.

Yesterday morning I had normal BM. BM was painful at thrombosed hemmie/incision side. And a little painful on old fissure place. I don't have painful spasms after, but was feeling kind of weird first 2 hours after BM, this was reminding spasms, but were not real ones. I took painkiller yesterday, just to keep things relaxed.

Thrombosed hemorrhoid start to resolve, but it is still lump, though not hard to touch.

Before there was something else painful when I moved around, I think it was suture, it was pulling the edges. Now I think it is ripped, and can see small hole which was not closed by primary intention. So I think this is a wound to heal from inside out, like many mentioned here.

I am still home, and plan to return to work on Monday.

Forgot to mention I wrote mail to Windsor on Saturday, when noticed thrombosed hemmie, and send him a picture of it to confirm. He responded yesterday confirming my assumption.

Hi Igrik,

I had a nasty thrombosed hem after Botox and hem banding. It has settled and(touch wood) stayed down. I think when the area is messed with it upsets everything. You have travelled too and been through a hell of a lot over the last week. Rest up and good luck to you with the healing. Don't over do it too soon. I admire you, you have really inspired a lot of people on the forum that you can do anything to get your life back! Xxxx

Hello,
I am 12 days post LIS.

Well, incision site is still healing and it is inching like crazy now. There is some discharge from wound still, which is normal.

Fissure is not healed yet, it is not as painful as it was, BM are much less painful, more like discomfortable. And there are still no spasm pain after BM. Fissure itself is much reddish, probably there is better blood flow now.

Generally I am doing better, gas is not silent anymore and if we talk about incontinence, there is nothing, really nothing.

Results from biopsy still not arrived.
