I know the feeling, Mpb (though not quite to your extremes)!
I seem to manage to put a few decent '1-a-day's' together and start to feel like maybe I
can crack this...then always seem to hit a spell like I'm 'enjoying' now to dash my hopes; 2 or 3 x a day for 4 or 5 days, and consequently feel wrecked again...
So, so tough, mentally.
Hang tight mpb, at least on here you know you're not alone in your struggles...
