MM, don't be so hard on yourself. I agree that we can't eat normal junk as we use to eat before. But we will be forced to eat healthy food which is great on the other hand and for long run.

After few months, we can consume lil bit of all that we want to eat. Not much. No need to cut off everything once it is healed.

Be positive.

I know, if it's so common how is it I never heard of it? lol It is normal to see people and feel like this --it's because of where the injury is that makes it weird. If you had a broken leg with a cast on for a long time it doesnt seem as bad for some reason, but bones heal faster. You will be okay again.... no one has this forever. I have read that it can take 6 mos to a year for it to fade away. It is a slow process because that area has a lot of nerves and low blood flow. I would ask your physician but the diosomin is all natural it is not medication, it is made from citrus and is really good for it. Also helps with pain a bit too. I will give you the link for the Colonrectal specialist who recommended it maybe you can email him and ask. Also the link I posted for abigail steidley she said it took her a year to start to feel better after she had her baby. So it will get better you will be back to normal our body rebuilds cells and can heal!!!

Missy, First it's okay to be kind to yourself... everyone tries to be perfect. You do not have to be perfect. Start today. Smile and take at least ten minutes. Be grateful and if you like say a little prayer. It will come to you I promise.:) we have a wonderful life, Pain is temporary. Focus on the good things.. it's just old patterns this happens sometimes to help us learn a new way. You will get there, Hang in there. Sometimes health creates a spiritual journey, and helps us give up our fears, and this life's pressures. Oddly enough one day you will look back on this and realize all of the good that actually came out of it... just takes a while to see, it.. You will have many blessings!!!! Just look forward you will be joyful again... No fear,... no worries... Better days ahead, hang in there!!

Such an uplifting post mamafizz! It's just what I needed to hear too. Really struggling with worries about my skin these days and wondering what's the point of life. But thank you for being such a bright spark for all of us here. :)
