Ah so upsetting for all of us if you feel better and then worse again

I am in pain but one day is less one day is more
Can’t work it out why

Plus came back to work yesterday (sitting job) so I feel it all the time
Definitely botox did do something but not what I was expecting (feeling no pain)
However I feel constant pressure down there (I go toilet regularly)
Strange and very uncomfortable feeling especially while sitting on it!

You need to keep taking conservative measures for a few months regardeless of the Botox injections. That means softeners and creams.
And have patience :)

ohh, and the diet, well - we need to follow a healthy and ass-friendly diet for life.

Bojjbo you could right a food and BM diary and work out which foods alter your bms then you know what works for you and what doesn't this is what I had to do for three months. Vicouscycle try keep your stools soft don't eat to much fiber fiber creates large BMS

Day 21

3 weeks ago, I had Botox. I had a wonderful first two weeks but last week has been a downhill since day 14. This morning BM was small, incomplete, painful and blood. I quickly put on some cream hoping there will be not or minimal spasm.
I’ve also downloaded an IBS app starting to track my food diary and see if I can find any correlation between what I eat and how I feel. But honestly I think it’s more hormonal and stress related, rather than diet, but we will see after few weeks.
I’ve also got a date for my post-op, another 3 weeks to go.

I have some medium spasms and burning. I can also feel the tear when I move around. Hopefully this will settle down around noon, at least give it the afternoon and night to heal.

Hi, how are you all doing

I am a month and 2 days after botox. Pain is almost gone (yay), obviously there is some pain straight after BM but then it goes
Sometimes I need to use anusol cream but it’s nothing comparing to what it was
However I bleed. At each BM I have fresh blood
And I do not understand it
How can I bleed and have no pain??
Anyone experienced something like that?

Thank you
