I think you're right because the plug on Monday caused me no end of spasms. Although I did have an extra BM on Sunday which didn't help either. This wasn't a plug or anything though but still caused pain afterwards (none whilst passing!).
One thing is certain in all of this.... I have never talked about poo and bottoms so much in my life before! :D

Me neither!
Never thought I would put a finger up my butt 5 times a day, and pull down my pants in front of countless people. I dont care anymore, and I even told my friends what is going on. All that really matters now, is the pain...

Day 18 on nitro
Took crackins advise, and applied 1cm nitro 15min before BM. It seemed to work good, cause I felt less pain than usual. After BM and shower, I applied the remaining 1,5cm.
Right now I have major dizziness. Somehow splitting the nitro up in two portions has hit me harder, than just applying in one portion. Guess tomorrow, I will need to wait an hour or two.
Hopefully this less painfull BM, equals a good day. Will let you know later!

I never applied it right afterwards, I always wait an hour or two before applying the rest (only because that's when the pain started). I seem to be a bit of a Nitro freak though, I can take loads of the stuff and it doesn't affect my head at all. I did wonder if my blood pressure is on the high side or something.
What I could feel was just the skin tag as its still a bit sensitive. I hate to say it, but your mind is a very powerful thing... today I've not used Nitro and I've had no pain. I'm starting to wonder if this last week I CAUSED the pain myself.
The CRS agreed I was very close to something called Levator Ani Syndrome (same / similar symptoms to the spasms) and they normally treat this with anti depressant drugs. Your GI tract is basically like a second brain, so any worry / distress affects it. I think with my body being used to having spasms and me worrying about it, I really wasn't helping things.
Now I know it's healed... I have no symptoms at all. Nothing. Gone! I am totally blown away by this, to the point where I'm telling myself just by chance it healed yesterday (I did have a good day). Either way I'll take it!! I'm going to stick with my diet etc for another 2-3 weeks and then start introducing other foods and exercise again slowly... can't wait!! :D

Sounds crazy, but what matters is that you are painfree!
New a$$, and a new car. Doesn't get much better huh :D
I guess you are ready to move on, so thanks for your help and support. Keep in touch if you like!

Heck, you don't get rid of me that easy! I'm not going anywhere until the boys are better too... I don't leave my wing men, hehe :D
If I'd had a choice between new car or new ass I'd have definitely taken the ass. But if I can have both - YES PLEASE!

Thats great. Thank you :D
I would trade my car to a new ass in a second, if I had the choice...
Its burning today. Lying on my side, I can get the pain down to 1/10, but as soon as I stand up, or move around, its comming back. I had higher hopes after the BM this morning, but maybe it takes a few days.

Update
Today was much like yesterday. Pain for about 5 hours, but only bad when sitting/standing.
Little anxious about tomorrow. Need to go somewhere from 9 to 12, and have to stand up. Will report back!
