Thankyou Everyone. I love this Forum so much, all of you are so supportive.
No pain on BM, soft easy to pass. I am finding it a lot easier now to just sit and let it come out, no pushing at all. I went out lastnight for a meal with friends. Was very scared, took 1/2 movicol before I went and 1 when I came back. All Fissure FODMAP friendly food. The restaurant catered for my needs and all cooked from scratch, so was okay. Haven't eaten out for months. No alcohol though! Maybe one day.

Whew!!! A restaurant with friends. I bet you were nervous! Image
Glad to hear it went ok though. Way to take a stand on that alcohol. What, with your friends at restaurants and thoughts of alcohol we're just hoping you will stay on top of the game Rachael 1984.
Better that we slide in a reminder to you now while things are still going good than to have to say something after the fact, right. But we know at this point you would not let anything come in between you and a fully healed anus..............right?
Stay strong Rachael 1984: You know, its kind of like having a designated driver and I'm sure glad to hear that the restaurant indeed catered to your needs (how so?).
Oh well, all's well that ends well..........

Hi BT, Thankyou, yes I was sweating just like that emoji! I was worried all day about it! I called the restaurant and told them that I don't eat Wheat, Gluten, onion, Garlic etc... They said the chef would be informed and that they would cook a meal for my needs. I had salmon, new potatoes, green beans and spinach in a lemon butter sauce. All FODMAP and fissure friendly. Yes I think you are right, no alcohol. Nothing is going to stop me fighting these monsters and killing them for good. My friends suggested a night out on the town, but I have other plans that weekend anyway. I never drank a lot before the Fissures, but I do enjoy the occasional glass of wine....
Bristol 4 today, soft and easy to pass. Still weird sensations, which are still affecting my front bottom. Ugh. Took 1.5 movicol lastnight. This seems to work at keeping the type 4 and no pain. Am I healing...??????

Okay today, no pain on BM. Some weird sensation afterwards this is when the BM comes out, it throbs at the fissure sites and travels to my lady bits! Ugh. Bristol 4 though. C'mon Fissures die die die.

Week 17....
Good day today, no pain on BM and no real pain afterwards. I am taking half a movicol at lunch and 1 at night. This is giving me a Bristol 4 and soft easy to pass BM. Don't want the plug or the 3, on those occasions I have retorn or had pain and irritation. I am hoping that the Botox is still active?! Not too sure on that one, but I am using the Nitro as back up.
👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
