Hey puzzle,
Did you lose a lot of weight because of your fissure? When I lost a lot of weight my hair was falling out too. Maybe you need some vitamins??
I'm glad you had a little drink,  we need to live a little too. I mostly drink red wine I read somewhere or maybe I dreamt it, it's supposed to be good for fissures lol. xxx

Hi edel! Loving the wee picture of bum club all out having a couple of jars!! Lol u didnt dream it edel red wine is really good for u, supposed to keep ur blood thin and good for ur heart, so lift a glass and enjoy!!:-) i have lost 30pds in weight edel but have stared to eat more so i think im putting some back on again. Im afraid to take iron or vit b incase it constipates me and i know i probably would need something like that. Did u take anything edel?? Hope u got ur painting finished and can relax. Im sure ur little girl is back to school again, is this her last year?? All my live and healing to you edel:-) xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Hi puzzle, oh I'm glad I didn't dream it, I can keep drinking it lol. That's a big weight loss I'd say that played a big part on your hair loss. I take a multibionta vitamin now doesn't seem to affect me but I still take movicol. I started doing a bit if exercise again couple times a wk I'm so unfit now it's horrible. I'm taking a break from painting but may start back the wkend so much to do. Yes my girl is in her final yr now I can't believe it a stressful yr ahead but I'm sure she will do well 😊. Image xx
