Again, I sound like a broken record but it indeed took me the longest to figure that
it was indeed what I was eating that was causing my re-tears.

much deserved relief. It's there Rachael, healed pain-free days are there, we just have to
persevere persevere perservere, search search search, and we will be awarded for our efforts
in a most pain-free way.

new website that spells out clearly the insoluble/soluble fiber count of foods, that's one place new
