Day 24

14.00 - Small '4' BM, it hurt to go but no pain afterwards and no burning pain. Uncomfortable now.

17.15 - Small '4' BM, it hurt a lot to go and after an hour I was in moderate pain that lasted all night. I couldn't sit properly or lie down without being very uncomfortable.

Day 26

No BM

Day 27

10.00 - A 5 BM, painful to go and quite sore and itchy throughout day

18.15 - A soft 4 BM, pretty painful/stung to go and lots of blood.

As miserable as this all is, here are the things I am thankful for that I didn't have before the botox....

1) I'm not in terrible pain the whole day through, lying on my back and crying
2) I can wear jeans and trousers again, they were just too uncomfortable before and I was living in skirts and getting cold!
3) I can shower without whincing when a bit of shampoo water goes near my bum
4) I'm not pacing around my living room because I cannot sit lie or stand without being in terrible pain
5) I can walk along without a shooting pain sending me up into the sky like a rocket!
6) I have met amazing people on this forum that give me hope everyday!

:hang:
Disabling burning, drilling pain in anal area for almost a year, started after UT infection. Small anal fissure diagnosed, turned out it is probably not the cause of pain, MRI shows no inflammation or fistula. Grateful to forum members for support.

Day 29

No BM

Day 30

08.00 - No pain going and no pain afterwards, wow! My PLF felt very 'on the edge' whilst I was going, like a thin bit of skin that could tear at any moment...eek, but it didn't!

23.00 - A 4/5 again, sore to go and sore afterwards, itching like hell, but no proper pain.
