Im going to take a break from updating this thread. Im in burning spasms hell again. I will return when I see some progress again.

Day 47 on nitro
Time for an update...
After the tear, I bought movicol. Now, Im taking Psyllium Husk, magnesia and movicol. Adding the movicol has made my BM's so much softer even when formed. I wish I had tried it much sooner.
As for my butt, then I have had good improvements. I literally have felt improvements from day to day. Right now Im back to where I were, maybe even a bit better :D
I have an appointment with crs on tuesday, when we are discussing botox, but right now I feel confident I can beat this thing with nitro and diltiazem.
Today I forgot to set the alarmclock, and had my BM an hour later. Normally that would potentially cause me the plug, but not today. Still nice and soft, yet formed. I even forgot to apply the nitro before BM, and it was still painfree.

Day 50 on nitro
Not a very good day, since I had more burning than usual.
Went to my appointment with the CRS, but not much to report. They dont do botox, and told me to wait for another 2 months to give the creams time to work.
Oh well, the battle continues...

Day 51 on nitro
Another bad day with hours of burning. Even got that golfball up my ass feeling again. Dammit!

My local nhs also don't do Botox. It's normally the first line of defence.
I also get that golf ball feeling. It's not nice. If your not at work, try a soak in the bath.
I have an appointment with a private crs tomorrow to get a fresh pair of eyes on things.
Unfortunatly, all you can do is wait, and give the creams a good chance to do their thang. X

In case anyone reading thinks I have deserted JHH, I haven't as we talk every day on Skype instead.
I feel a bit helpless now I'm better as I really want him to follow in my footsteps. All very frustrating but we have plenty of BM banter going on believe me. I would not feel normal if I couldn't discuss each mornings pooper with him. Hehe.
Keep your chin up JHH, you WILL get over this. :)

Day 56 on nitro (8 weeks now)
Still not healed...
Going to see the crs tomorrow. Want botox asap!

Day 58 on nitro.
Got the referral yesterday, to another hospital who can do botox. Now I just wait for the letter...
Been sick for the last week, but still managed to take care of my sore butt. I have added sitzbaths to my protocol a few days ago.
