Haha Rachael. Yours has got to be the worst profile pics ever... I hope you are better now!
Im OK. Actually doing better than expected. Today has been much like monday. Some burning after an hour, and then some burning some hours later. But right now, no pain, just discomfort.
Im very happy I didnt retear. (no blood) and Im also happy to have a reasonable good day even after such a horrible plug. I take it as a sign, things are improving down there. A month ago, a plug would send me to the sofa with spasms for half a day...
Let me know how you get along :D

Day 38 on nitro
Plugged up again. Thats two days in a row Image
Almost as bad as yesterday, but didnt hurt as much. Still very very annoying.
I think I figured out whats happening. Today and yesterday I slept longer, and that means I go BM later. Maybe 1.5 hours is enough to do the difference. At least thats the only thing I can put my finger on.
Will update later...
Update:
Two days in a row with plugs didnt do me any good. As expected I had a bad day. Pain for 3-4 hours, and then discomfort until I got in bed.

Hey JHH, I have been taking something new for the past 3/4 days and I'm now completely normal, apart from some very minor itchy feelings every now and then.
It's called Aloe Vera Gel by Forever Living. I used to take it as it helped with my IBS a lot, then stopped taking it for some reason. I think it's shrunk my sentinel pile to nothing !! I've even been having naughties like extra coffee and red wine :)

Oh, forgot to say, I am thinking about getting the Aloe Vera. Does it soften stool and aid digestion?!

JHH:
rugbrшd = rye bread
leverpostej=liver pate
Sadly, neither of them are as good as what I used to get in Denmark - here in the US, that is. But then, we all have our favourite food that we miss, and those two are some of mine. :D
