Day 28 on nitro
4 weeks of sticking nitro up my a$$ twice daily, seems to be paying off. Today was a good day, possible the best yet. No spasms, and only very little burning. I did however have a good deal of prickeling and itching down there.
Im not out of the woods yes, since sitting within 3-4 hours after BM, will cause me burning, but this is definitly a step in the right direction. I also know it only takes one bad BM to be send back to spasms hell, so I will continue to be very carefull.

Day 29 on nitro
Bad(ish) day. BM a little firmer than I liked, and after a few hours, I got some spasms. Nothing major, but a step in the wrong direction. Still a bit sore now.

Just keep going mate, you'll get there. :D

Day 30 on nitro
Another good day. Only little pain during BM, and a few hours with a little burning and irritation. Tried to sit, but was punished. For some reason sitting makes it burn, within 3-4 hours of BM.
Anyway, at 12 o'clock I was painless, and felt almost normal the rest of the day.

Day 31 you went shopping, and bum not so sore... you're definitely getting a LOT better now mate. Good news :)

Day 31 on nitro
Slight pain during BM, which was perfect consistency.
After that only a little pain/irritation, that got a bit worse driving or sitting. Its definitly going to be another good day!

Day 32 on nitro
BM a little more firm than usual, but painfree. Minor pain/irritation for a few hours, and painfree by 12 o'clock.
Then some burning started an hour ago. Wonder why that came, but Im better again.

I think you're very close to healing. I await tomorrows update.... that's unless I get there first

Doc says it is likely an external hem, wants CRS to deal with it. Have called to tell him. Pre op on Monday.
