That's great mate! You know what this morning I was actually thinking the whole time I've been getting up later at weekends and having more plug like poopers. I had beef steak last night (cooked rare) with a Stilton and cream sauce, washed down with a whole bottle of red. Result... I'm absolutely fine!! The BM was heavier than normal, but perfectly soft. My backside hasn't felt this good all year.
Rachael the aloe does help with digestion I believe. It's a bit disgusting but worth it. Has to be the gel stuff I posted. I drink 60ml each morning (down it). Seems to stop my IBS which may be why I am getting so much better now.

I had a fairly OK day today. Not good, but better than yesterday.
It took 2.5 hours after BM before the irritation started. Wasnt excacly painfull, but very annoying. It lasted for 4-5 hours and leveled off. Painwise maybe 2/10.

Even when my fissure was in full force I could have a cheese based sauce with my usual fish and vegetables without it causing an issue. Does the cheese cause an issue with you digestive system?

Day 40 on nitro
Having a badass bad ass day!
BM went fine. Then an hour later prickeling started, and became a burn in the following hours. The burn today was worse than I have had for a long time, and on top, Im getting that feeling of fullness and soreness back. (makes you walk funny)

I am in general pretty conservative in what I eat these days, CrackinUp. Right now my hubby is making curry (I mixed the spices) and really miss eating things like that. Those days are gone, but I loved them while they were here...
Through trial and error, I know which cheeses I can eat and which not. I eat cream cheese, and that is it. Have started eating one with garden vegetables recently, so that is a change.

Curry... my favourite! I hope you can eat these things again sometime soon :)
I'm a bit itchy 'down there' today. I have been pushing the boundaries a bit though.
JHH don't forget after a bad day things normally get a stage better. I think you'll have a better day today. Let us know how you get on :)

Day 41 on nitro
Im having severe spasms and burning again. Now for 6 hours. Back to square one.
Had a formed BM this morning. A pretty normal one, but guess Im not allowed to have such ones any more.
Im quite sure I retore, since it was quite painfull, and I have not felt this bad since it all first started.
After easter Im going to call and demand botox. Nitro isnt enough for me unfortunally Image

Good idea JHH. Have u looked into that liquid chlorophyl?.... Since i started it i do feel better. Feel like i am re-healing yet again. Mine was diagnosed as "chronic" so i know it will take longer to fully heal...i think botox is a good next step for u....i felt great about 3 days after it and for the next month...my mistake was that i was scared of irritating the area and i was immune to nefi so i was doing anything else and then a re-tear happened after about a month....
