If things are soft enough, then no.. I would stick with one.
Before the Botox I was on 1 & 1/2 but now I'm on 2 ... I will try and get back down again next week. We are all different..just remember all that fluid.
How is it going back at work?

Yes OMB the BM is soft, but today it was larger about a type 3 on Bristol scale. And I have been having type 4, which is ideal. If it goes too soft, it irritates.Who would have thought my life would revolve around the size and consistency of my poop!
:dunno:Work is okay, I am up to 6 hrs a day now, and i see the occupational Health Nurse again tomorrow. She knows what is going on, and i may stay on the 6 hrs. I normally do 8. I feel like i have taken a step back again now, I just can't physically do anything else within my routine to make this Monster Fissure heal.
Thanks JHH, I hope you are right and i can get back on track soon.

Don't loose heart friend. You are progressing. This road can be a long one. For me I need to keep up the rectogesic to avoid the spasm which is the main cause of my problems. I just need it a couple of times a week now. The coconut oil sups are also my main Image arsenal. Love and healing to you. Xx Pia

Hello PIA! Good to hear from you, and Thankyou. I will hopefully get there. My CRS said that my case is Chronic and that the Fissure that won't heal will be harder to heal. I am using the Nitro again.
Thankyou Puzzled Butt, those kisses made me feel better.
Today BM was a little uncomfortable, stinging a little at the Fissure site. Not too bad after bath. Weird throbbing and rawness. No blood today. Off to work in a little while. Dreading driving and sitting down. Sigh. Any tips when sitting driving? Doughnut makes it stretch and pillow isn't ideal!

Hi :)
Regarding driving, then I always have my seatheater turned all the way up. Even when its 25 degree outside. It seems to relax the muscle and ease the pain. Maybe a heatpad in the office will help too?

Hi Rachael,
So sorry to hear you've had a setback your getting near the 3mth mark for Botox do you think it's wearing off? Has your CRS recommend another shot? Could be what you need to fix that monster ( that's a very kind name for yours lol I couldn't tell you what mine is called lol) I hope things improve for you. Pls be careful x
