Vit c
Vit d3

Magnesium
The diet that helps the most is
3 pieces of wholemeal toast (english bread!) With peanut butter and cucumber slices on top. I spread this out throught the day and never all at once.
2 litres of water - no sugary drinks or diet soda
2 -3 meals of salad (cucumber, tomatoes and bell peppers) with either scrambled eggs/poached eggs and/or tuna.
My main "treat" is Mr Whippy Icecream which i seem to be able to handle.
Just one question - do you use toilet paper or wipes?

Sounds silly. If there is any stress u can control and eliminate it will help the sphincter relax. It might be stress that you dont even see as stress. What has your pelvic floor physio said?
