I know how much pain a hemorrhoidectomy is and it is out of this world .
It sounds like you have lots of reasons for the pain.

Know that it will not last but until then, keep those pain pills coming ,
lots of nice soaks :bathtub: and rest and relaxation.

I stick with what I say at least now every lump bump and aftermath .....all 7 Have been beavered away !!!
This just has to be the best start to your healing, Thou i know you dont feel that way now I am just so sorry you have to be in this much pain to work your way up to feeling better.....

Wow-at least we know why you are in such pain! That must be a relief in some ways but my goodness this guy just was on a roll. But in the long run if it fixes everything up for good this will all be over as soon as you heal. When you start to feel desperate that means you aren't treating the pain aggressively enough-actually be proactive!

You poor thing. Just rest tight and know that everything is going to be okay.
