I think you'd have to be diagnosed with proctitis in order to be medically treated for it, but it is possible, with symptoms similar to yours and I wouldn't be surprised if you had inflammation. I just thought that perhaps ulcerative tissue would ...

... see one. Still there are any number of things which can cause a scrapy feeling and blood, including roids, which can appear at any o'clock. Proctitis too can cause itching, burning, bleeding, etc... My roid is at 10:30, but my fissure is at 12:00.
