Thanks Kim and Lecia for compliments :oops: . I remembered that I promised to post my picture after LIS and forgot it. Last night my hubby helped me to do it and here it is : ).
That was me last Christmas - before I lost 20 pounds and had "something" to fill in that dress with , ha ha ha . Now I look like pitiful anorexic "model wannebe ", ha ha haaa, oh my, but I am "working" on it - I got 2 pounds so far and was so happy this morning after I got on the scale !!! My older daughter thinks that I am crazy for being upset that I got so thin - but I don't like it, really - women should look like a women - not like a prepubescent boy !!! :roll:

I take the arnica internally. the ony form I could find it it was tinctured in alcohol and that is the last thing I want to put in the area.
the emu oil is the only thing that I apply topically.
