What does it contain? What's in the ingredients list? When I ask at my local health food store for magnesium citrate they didn't have it but they had other magnesiums?

I live in the U.S. and can find magnesium citrate at the local drug store but also order it online too. I know that others use Milk of Magnesia, which is magnesium hydroxide, and I think that’s more powerful.

Ok thank you for that info I'll look into it but I'm worried about long term use maybe I could just use something in the week leading up to my period that seems to be the trouble time for me

Just had a second hard but not as hard bm an it was large now my skin tag is large an red the glass feeling during is back but it's the new today's fissure where the glass pain is coming from an I just started my period so there absolutely is a connection, the question is how do I fit this?

Oh no! I hope the new one heals quickly for you. Do you think you may need to go back on stool softeners and just try to gradually reduce them over s long period of time? Maybe it shocked your system a bit to come off of them after using them for awhile.

My stools have been fine but it's just over the last few days I mean yesterdays bm was fine I think it's because of my period making my stools dry out the hormones or what ever I mite book in to see my doctor I don't know what else to do but if I can't get this sorted then nothing will work for me or the fissue that includes lis I need my stools around this time sorted this is so frustrating I just want to get past this

Maybe take magnesium citrate for about a week prior to your periods. Once your fissure heals though and your muscles truly get back to normal resting pressure, even harder BMs won't matter.

Maybe I just need lis? After uncomfortable bms my muscle still shuts off which it shouldn't right? Isn't the Botox or lis used to stop that?
