Keep going Hun it will get better if you are still taking morphine or any opiate don't forget they will constipate you a bit hence why you may need a bit more movicol.
Like you say it's only been a few days so it normal to feel pain after a BM. I'm sure that will go very soon

So tomorrow is 5 weeks since my surgery and I can tell the bottox is working! When I need to go to the toliet I need to get there fast and I'm having no hours of pain like before my first op in Oct! It's still a little sore when going to the toliet and after for a bit but I'm still keeping clean and using coconut oil now and again I'm getting my hubby to take a photo every week so I can see how things are going lol lol I can't see my fistula or fissure wounds I can only see the big wound from the bottom skin tag that was removed the wound is getting smaller I can see that guess it will still be sore tI'll it's all healed I know the wounds they made will heal but so scaryed my fissure will remain still there!!! And worryed it will never go x

Hi Katie,

Get onto 100% pear juice for soft bm's reguarly, also include coconut oil with your foods or take 1 tsp before each meal.

If its still not getting any better consider a LIS - or fissureectomy.
You need a CRS to get a colorectal physeo to check your resting sphincter pressure.
Also get an investigation under anaesthetic to check for any scarring or stenosis.
Dont be afraid of the knife, it could save years of pain.
