I'm so lucky to know you all - it's so nice to know im not alone in this but I really want us all healed!!

today I had 2 BMS! I've never had that before so I went this morning at 7:30 and had the burning for an hour after and then went again at 16:00 and the burning now is worse as I'm sat at work. Still no blood on BM - still unsure where pain is coming from. My colleagues are starting to ask am I ok as I "look very uncomfortable" - they don't know the half of it !!!!!

- an update: Just got home from work and I'm in agony!!! sharp pains at 5, 6 and 7 as if there are 3 new fissures. Area looks red and inflamed. Called my CRS med secretary as soon as I got home and cried down the phone and she said that my CRS has agreed to book me for an EUA. Sat on a hot bottle thinking that there's no end in sight. I give up

So sorry to hear. So glad you are getting an EUA and hoping it brings you some answers. I know how hard this is to deal with.

Still no news of when my eua is. Had a painful BM this morning - I think it was just too big. No blood on TP though. Had a look in the mirror after a shower and when I pull back on my skin tag at 6pm it still looks like tissue that's tried to heal but failed. Just red, moist and a bit inflamed.

Pain is so weird today. Bowels open with minimal pain. Pinches throughout the day. Just went upstairs and out some honey up there and tried to rub it into the 6pm area where the pain is coming from which felt ok. But after im getting this aching muscle pain right in the sphincter at 6. Like the kind of ache you get in your arms after you lift weights. Does this mean my muscle is damaged? Or torn?

I don't necessarily think this means the muscle is torn. I had pain like that in my pelvic floor and sphincter muscles long before I ever had a fissure. We often tighten up when in pain to protect the area and these muscles will ache like any other when contracted for too long. I find that heat can help relax this type of thing. Do you have access to that now (bath, heating pad/water bottle)?

Yes thanks it was lovely - just got to be careful not to let me sweat or I might get another fungal infection. Had my bowels open this morning. Tried pushing on the space between sphincter and coccyx but still felt that ever so familiar to tear/pop of something at the usual 6pm mark. This sounds so weird but I'd love to perform my own EUA and have a look up there myself see definitively what's going on!!

lol! I know what you mean about wanting to know so bad what is going on. When are you scheduled for your EUA?
