Update no pain on BM. When I apply the Nitro, it feels superpowered! Not sure if this is because it is mixed with the Botox? It feels like everything back there could fall out. I think the Botox is still active. I so want to heal. Love to everyone.

Hi OMB, I am enjoying not being in that hellish suicidal pain. I have my MRI scan on the 11th July. The appointment for that came through yesterday. Then I will see him after the scan, so hopefully not too long, I suppose I will get a letter after the scan. I have been getting myself stressed again, worrying just incase they find anything on the scan. 

Really hope you heal with Botox 😊 you definitely sound like things are good. I'm doing bit better this evening thanks.

Week 12 nearly. No pain on BM, anybody had weird pressure feelings? I sometimes feel like I need to go and have had incomplete evacuation. But I don't need to go! Ugh. Is this the Botox or spasms maybe? No real pain throughout the day, but not normal back there.

Update.. Crisis The 7'0clock monster is bleeding. Had BM this morning, i felt a slight scratching sensation. got into sitz bath and dried off, when i patted dry there was blood on the tissue. I looked back there in the mirror, and sure enough there was fresh blood coming out of the Fissure. Had another BM about 10 mins ago and it was sore:ashamed: I never have 2 BM'S and this has been happening quite a lot recently. Think the FODMAP plan is working as my bowels are working better, now i am going too much... Maybe i need to cut down on the Fibre, but then i am scared i won't go!! AGH:groan:
What the hell, i was doing so well. i am in a kind of niggly pain now, like a throbbing, scratched feeling. Hopefully, like the other week when this happened, it is a minor re-tear and i will get back on track. WHY????????? This is bloody awful.

I'm soo soo sorry.... I am hoping its just some minor irritation from that second bm. Just a small scrape is enough for a bit of blood sometimes. Just try to stay calm and positive. I'm thinking its just the fragile new layer of skin over the top of the fissure that has been disturbed.. Nothing deeper.
How much movicol are you now taking?

Me too... I think it could be, as it doesn't look as deep as it was, and the blood has stopped now. Praying. I am taking 1 Movicol at night as usual. Do you think i should take a bit more now this has happened? I am listening to some music now trying not to let it annoy me.
